In this section we publish the Safeguarding Regulations of the GOLF CLUB MILANO Amateur Sports Association, which governs the tools for preventing and combating all forms of abuse, harassment, gender-based violence or discrimination on the grounds of ethnicity, religion, belief, disability, age or sexual orientation or on the grounds referred to in the 2012\/2019 European Directive and the Delegated Law on the Reorganization of CONI and Professionalism in Sports of August 8, 2019 no. 86 on Tesserati, especially if they are minors of age, as part of the activity carried out by the Company.<\/p>

The document implements the provisions of Leg. n. 36 of February 28, 2021 and to Leg. n. 39 of February 28, 2021, the provisions issued by the CONI National Council, the Fundamental Principles approved by the CONI Permanent Observatory for Safeguarding Policies.<\/p>
